Deals you can’t miss at NADA Auto Show

KATHMANDU: Automobile dealers participating in the NADA Auto Show 2025, which kicked off on Tuesday, have brought attractive offers to woo customers.

To attract buyers, dealers are offering everything from cash discounts to mobile phones, jewelry, free road tax, insurance, embossed number plates and tour packages.

Unlike the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo where exhibitors offered cash discounts of as high as Rs 2 million, the NADA Auto Show has focused more on bundled offers and moderate cash discounts.

MAW Vriddhi, the authorized distributor for Dongfeng Nammi, has offered a Rs 100,000 cash discount on the newly launched Nammi Vigo SUV. After the discount, the E2 variant of Vigo is available for Rs 3.799 million while E2+ costs Rs 4.099.

Likwise, MAW Vriddhi is offering three benefits to Seres buyers at the Auto Show. According to the company, customers can avail up to Rs 600,000 cash discounts and insurance premium payment for up to three years, among others.

Similarly, MAW Vriddhi Commercial, which represents Foton and Sokon in Nepal, has offered special offers on Tunland, Mountain EV, TM1 and Sokon vehicles. The company is offering a Rs 675,000 cash discount on TM1 electric pickup.

Likewise, customers booking Mountain EV, TM1 and Sokon vans get booking gadgets, one-year insurance, cashless claim guarantee and easy financing.

Mountain EV Van buyers get a 55-inch smart TV, five free servicing sessions with parts and a set of front brake shoes. Similarly, those buying Tunland pickup get Tranquility Spa experience or a shopping voucher of Rs 25,000 at Bhat-Bhateni stores, preventive maintenance servicing with parts for three years, and insurance for driver as well as the driver’s family.

LLR Motors which represents Geely and JY in Nepal is offering a Rs 300,000 cash discount on the newly launched Geely EX5 Pro and Rs 400,000 on Geely EX5 Max. Customers booking either of the variant will also get an iPhone 16 Pro Max and one tola gold.

Similarly, those buying JY Air Ultra will get a cash discount of Rs 300,000.

CG Motors has brought special offers on Riddara RD6 pickup and Xpeng G6 SUV. Customs buying Riddara RD6 get a cash discount of up to Rs 300,000. Buyers also get guaranteed gifts like 6.6 kW and 3.3 kW chargers, auto plus insurance and road tax payment for a year. The company has also offered up to Rs 400,000 discount on Xpeng G6.

G Motors, the authorized distributor for Skywell, is offering free European tour package for family for bookings made at the Auto Show. Buyers also get a diamond necklace, while one lucky customer will win a Rolex watch. Additional perks include financing up to 80%, one-year road tax covered and several other offers.

CG MotoCorp is offering up to Rs 600,000 discount on Suzuki vehicles. The package also includes one-year insurance, six years’ free PMS with parts and free accessories as well as exchange bonus of up to Rs 200,000. Customers can also avail up to Rs 100,000 cash discount through scratch card. Likewise, 10 lucky customers can win one tola gold. CG MotoCorp is offering zero-interest financing for one year on models like Alto and Celerio.

Sipradi Trading, the authorized Tata distributor in Nepal, is offering its EV buyers lifetime free charging on Tata’s network, three years’ free servicing, free AutoPlus insurance, free accessories, one-year road tax payment, free home charging station installation and free embossed number plates, among other perks.

Similarly, new Chinese brand Jinpeng is offering discounts of up to Rs 500,000. Vehicles priced at Rs 2.349 million and Rs 2.499 million are being sold at Rs 1.999 million and Rs 1.899 million, respectively, at the Auto Show, according to Thakur Motors, which represents the brand in Nepal.
