KATHMANDU: In a move to make electric vehicles more affordable, Deepal has rolled out a special pre-budget offer in Nepal. Labeled as “unmissable,” the new deal comes through MAW Vriddhi Autocorp, the official distributor of Deepal EVs in the country.

As part of the offer, customers will get the highest cash discount and exchange bonus the company has given so far.

The benefits don’t stop there. Buyers will also receive free road tax for the 2082/83 fiscal year and a comprehensive Auto Plus insurance plan making the switch to electric even more attractive.

Deepal is also giving away a free 7-kilowatt wall charger and a 3-kilowatt travel charger with each EV purchase.

The offer began on Baisakh 10 and will be available for 45 days. To help more people buy an EV, the company is offering a financing option that requires just a 20% down payment, with a low interest rate of 8.99%.

Deepal entered the Nepali market only a year ago but has already sold over 800 electric vehicles. The brand currently sells four models in Nepal: the S07, S07L, L07 and E07.

Each model comes packed with advanced features, more than 10 industry-firsts such as gesture control, augmented reality heads-up display (AR-HUD) and a unique sunflower touchscreen.
