KATHMANDU: Great Wall Motors (GWM) has released images of the updated 2025 Ora Good Cat, revealing a refreshed look for the popular electric hatchback.

As part of its annual facelift, the 2025 model introduces several subtle yet noticeable design updates. These include a redesigned front bumper, a wider front air intake that extends toward the license plate area, and a horizontal chrome strip flanked by new side air vents. A fresh green paint option and a two-tone color scheme further enhance its visual appeal.

Despite the updates, the Ora Good Cat retains its signature elements, such as the closed front grille and round headlights. The side and rear profiles remain largely unchanged, with the taillights still integrated beneath the rear windshield. However, one visible change is the replacement of the “ORA” badge with the new “GWM” logo on the tailgate.

The updated model is slightly larger in overall dimensions. The wheelbase, however, remains the same. It also features 18-inch alloy wheels and striking yellow brake calipers as standard.

The 2025 model will be powered by a 126 kW electric motor paired with a 45.9 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, delivering a driving range of 430 km based on CLTC standards.

While interior images have not yet been released, the 2025 Ora Good Cat is expected to retain the layout of the current model which includes a dual-screen setup comprising a 7-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch central infotainment display, retro-style chrome levers for the air-conditioning system and a wireless charging pad located at the front of the center armrest.

GWM Motors has not unveiled the price of the 2025 model. The existing model is priced between $14,600 and $18,700 in China.

VG Impex, the authorized distributor for GWM vehicles in Nepal, currently offers the GWM ORA 03, which comes with a 99 kW motor, at Rs 4.29 million.
