Karry electric vans to be unveiled at NAIMA Auto Show

KATHMANDU: LXG Motors, a subsidiary of Laxmi Group, is introducing the Karry brand of electric vans in Nepal. The official launch will take place at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025 starting on August 6.

Karry is a sub-brand of Chery Commercial Vehicles, known for reliable and efficient transport solutions. Two models, KE-Van 1 and KE-Van 2, will be unveiled. The vans will be available in two variants: a commercial model in gray and a school model in yellow.

Both vans are powered by a 53 kWh CATL battery. They offer a driving range of up to 300 km on a full charge. Further details will be shared at the time of launch, according to the company.

Laxmi Group, the distributor of brands like Hyundai, BMW and SML Isuzu, continues to grow its presence in the EV segment with this addition.
