KATHMANDU: Paramount Motors, the official importer and distributor of MG Motors in Nepal, has revised the pricing of over 100 spare parts, reducing prices by an average of 30%. The move aims to improve overall customer satisfaction by offering a more affordable ownership experience.
The price reduction follows an internal audit of logistics operations and collaboration with MG’s global supply chain to optimize costs. The company states that the resulting savings have been directly passed on to customers.
In addition to the price revision, MG Motors Nepal has strengthened its after-sales network. The company currently operates three fully equipped service centers within the Kathmandu Valley and supports customers through over a dozen service facilities nationwide via its dealership network.
A company spokesperson said, “By realigning spare parts pricing and expanding our service reach, we are positioning ourselves to better meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is a strategic step forward in delivering greater value.”
The initiative is part of MG Motors Nepal’s broader strategy to provide accessible and efficient service. It also reinforces the brand’s long-term commitment to reliability and customer centric operations in the local automotive market.
