Kathmandu: A new vehicle service center, See-Car, has officially opened in Naxal, Kathmandu, Nepal’s growing automobile hub. The facility was inaugurated on Thursday by veteran actor Rajesh Hamal.
Founded by Roshan Ghimire, See-Car brings together a range of services in one location. Customers can explore new and second-hand vehicles, purchase accessories, access a charging station and relax at an on-site café.
Speaking at the launch, actor Hamal shared that such a setup saves both time and money for customers. “Having all vehicle-related services under one roof is a great convenience,” he said.
The showroom offers used cars from various brands. Customers can also exchange their old vehicles. According to the company, every second-hand vehicle sold will come with a three-month technical support commitment. “People are often hesitant when buying used vehicles. We want to give them confidence with this service offer,” said Ghimire.
A fast-charging station has also been installed at the premises. It can charge multiple electric vehicles at once. While their vehicles charge, customers can enjoy meals at the in-house Italian restaurant.
Spare parts will also be available at affordable prices. In addition, the company is offering free blue book renewal for customers who purchase insurance through See-Car. No extra charges will be applied for this service.
The company has also introduced a membership plan. Members will earn points with each service used, and will receive discounts on selected services.
Located on a plot of approximately half an acre, See-Car has created job opportunities for around 50 people.
