KATHMANDU : The Ultraviolette X47 Crossover has arrived in Nepal ahead of its official debut at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 next week. The electric crossover motorcycle has been spotted at Ultraviolette’s showroom in Naxal.

Vaidya’s Organization, the authorized distributor of Ultraviolette in Nepal, is expected to announce a starting price of around Rs 700,000 for the X47 Crossover. Official pricing will be revealed during the expo.

Following the launch of the F77 electric sports motorcycle, the X47 Crossover will become Nepal’s first electric crossover adventure motorcycle.

In India, the model is offered in five variants; Standard, Original, Recon, Desert Wing and X47. However, only the X47 and Desert Wing variants are expected to be available in Nepal.

The X47 Crossover features an adventure-focused design with a tall windscreen, knuckle guards, high-mounted handlebar, single-piece seat and optional panniers. It also becomes the world’s first motorcycle in its segment to offer an integrated radar system.

Its HyperSense radar-assisted rider assistance system supports features such as blind-spot detection, rear collision warning, lane-change alerts and overtaking assistance. Other highlights include switchable dual-channel ABS, four-level traction control, regenerative braking, hill-hold assist, dynamic stability control and a dual-display setup.

Built on a steel trellis frame with a cast aluminum subframe, the motorcycle rides on preload-adjustable upside-down front forks, a rear monoshock, 17-inch alloy wheels and Brembo disc brakes.

Power comes from a 30 kW electric motor producing 610 Nm of wheel torque. It has a claimed top speed of 145 km/h and can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in 2.7 seconds.

The Recon and Desert Wing variants use a 10.3 kWh battery, offering a claimed range of up to 323 km, while the remaining variants feature a 7.1 kWh battery with a claimed range of 211 km.

The X47 Crossover also comes with a lightweight 1.6 kW onboard portable charger, allowing riders to carry only the charging cable instead of a bulky external charger. This makes charging more convenient during long-distance travel.
