Xpeng introduces luxurious X9 MPV in Nepal at Rs 22 million

KATHMANDU: The Xpeng X9, a luxurious electric MPV, has been launched in the Nepali market.

CG Motors, the official distributor of Xpeng in Nepal, formally began sales of the X9 at the NADA Auto Show 2025 which kicked off in Kathmandu on Tuesday.

The company has priced the X9 at Rs 22 million.

The Xpeng X9 is built on the 800-volt electric architecture and supports 330 kW DC fast charging. It is powered by a 235 kW front-wheel drive motor and an 84.5 kWh LFP battery, offering a WLTP range of 480 km.

The electric MPV is 5,293 mm long, 1,988 mm wide and 1,785 tall. Packed with several advanced features, it includes the LiDAR-less Hawk Eye Pilot ADAS system and zero-gravity seat designed for luxurious travel.

The cabin offers a ceiling-mounted 21.4-inch fold-down 3K resolution display for rear passengers.

For passenger comfort, the suspension system features 6D AI anti-motion sickness technology. The setup includes double wishbone suspension at the front and multi-link independent suspension at the rear, both equipped with a dual-chamber air spring system that allows the vehicle’s height to be raised by up to 90 mm.

Inside, the cabin offers a ceiling-mounted 21.4-inch fold-down 3K resolution display for rear passengers, along with a panoramic sunroof and front seatback-mounted control panel.
