KATHMANDU: EV customers in Nepal have often complained about poor after-sales service and expensive spare parts. Many buyers say genuine parts are not easily available at reasonable prices.
Now, MG’s official distributor in Nepal, GO Automobiles, has published the official price list of genuine spare parts for its EV models. The company says the move is aimed at improving transparency and customer confidence.
GO Automobiles released the price list during the government’s Price Transparency Week. According to the company, the initiative will make EV ownership easier, more affordable, and more transparent.
This is also the first time an EV distributor in Nepal has officially published a spare parts price list. Earlier, customers had to rely on service centers for pricing information.

According to the published list, MG spare parts are priced between Rs 1,314 and Rs 169,556.
The company says the move reflects both the government’s transparency policy and MG’s commitment to open and customer-friendly mobility solutions.
GO Automobiles added that all MG genuine spare parts will be imported through the brand’s official supply chain in India. The company claims this will ensure quality, quick availability, and competitive pricing.
The distributor also plans to publish annual maintenance cost details soon to provide more transparency to customers.
GO Automobiles officially started sales of the MG Comet EV and MG Windsor EV from Monday. The starting price of the Comet EV is Rs 1.875 million, while the Windsor EV starts at Rs 3.975 million.
Previously, Paramount Motors handled all MG vehicle sales in Nepal. Now, GO Automobiles will sell India-made MG models, while Paramount Motors will continue selling China-made MG vehicles.
