KATHMANDU: CG Motors, the authorized distributor of AION electric vehicles in Nepal, has officially handed over the all-new AION V to popular actress Barsha Raut.
The company has also announced Raut as the official brand endorser for AION V.
Raut is known for her vibrant personality and influential presence in the Nepali film industry. Much like her multifaceted career, the AION V sets new standards in the EV segment through bold innovation, uncompromising comfort, extraordinary features and intelligent design, CG Motors said in a statement on Wednesday.
Sushil Chhetry, General Manager-Sales at CG Motors, said they were thrilled to welcome Barsha Raut as the face of AION V in Nepal. “Her forward-thinking, modern lifestyle aligns seamlessly with the AION V’s commitment to luxury, sustainability and performance. Together, we hope to redefine the EV experience in Nepal,” the statement quoted Chhetry as saying.
The premium electric SUV promises an elevated driving experience with segment-leading features. “With standout features like an 8-point massage seat, inbuilt refrigerator and warmer, panoramic sunroof, every drive becomes a statement of refined indulgence,” CG Motors said in the statement.
The AION V boasts a 650 km driving range and a powerful 75.3 kWh battery, which, according to the company, eliminates range anxiety for both long commutes and leisure trips.
Actress Raut shared her enthusiasm at being the face of AION V, saying that AION V is not just a car, but an experience. “Its luxury, intelligence, and practicality resonate deeply with my lifestyle, along with its features of massage seat, heating and cooling features, and more of an inbuilt refrigerator,” Raut said. “I am honored to represent a brand that is driving Nepal toward a cleaner, smarter automotive future.”
CG Motors has a network of over 20 sales and service centers and more than 260 charging stations across the country.
