KATHMANDU: Geely has launched the 2026 model of the EX5 electric SUV in the Nepali market. The vehicle has been introduced by LRR Motors.

Unlike the common practice of introducing new model-year vehicles in the middle of the year, LRR Motors has imported the 2026 EX5 to Nepal at the beginning of the year. The company said the early launch reflects its focus on providing updated models to customers without delay.

The Geely EX5 2026 model now comes with built-in Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. These features allow seamless smartphone integration and support navigation, calls, messaging, and infotainment functions through the vehicle’s system.

According to the importer, the added connectivity features enhance overall driving convenience and strengthen the EX5’s position in Nepal’s growing electric vehicle market.

LRR Motors Sales Head Adhir Shrestha said the company aims to offer the latest global mobility solutions to Nepali customers in a timely manner. He added that the new EX5, equipped with advanced connectivity features, is expected to deliver improved convenience, better connectivity, and long-term value.
