KATHMANDU: Leapmotor has officially revealed the interior of its upcoming compact electric SUV, the A10, which will be positioned as a global model. The unveiling comes ahead of its scheduled market launch in China in the first quarter of this year, as the brand continues to expand its presence in the international EV segment.
The A10 features a straight dashboard layout with a dual-spoke multifunction steering wheel, an 8.88-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 14.6-inch 2.5K floating infotainment screen. The cabin also includes ambient lighting, wireless phone charging, and dual cup holders. The system integrates an AI assistant powered by Alibaba’s Qwen, designed to support more natural voice interaction.
The SUV follows Leapmotor’s “Tech Natural Aesthetics 2.0” design language. It features a closed front grille, polygonal headlights, vertical air ducts, and a trapezoidal lower intake. Semi-hidden door handles are used on the side profile. Buyers will be able to choose from six exterior colors.

In terms of technology, the A10 comes equipped with an SA8295 cockpit chip and SA8650 assisted driving chip, along with LiDAR for advanced driver-assistance functions.
The compact SUV measures 4,270 mm in length, 1,810 mm in width, and 1,635 mm in height, with a 2,605 mm wheelbase.
Power comes from a 90 kW electric motor paired with two battery options: 39.8 kWh and 53 kWh. The company claims a CLTC driving range of 403 km and 505 km respectively. The model also supports fast charging from 30% to 80% in about 16 minutes.

Leapmotor plans to sell 1 million vehicles in 2026, and the A10 is expected to play a key role in achieving that target. The company is positioning the model as a competitively priced electric SUV that will rival vehicles such as the Geely Geome Xingyuan and BYD Seagull.
The A10 is also planned for European market entry in the second half of 2026 as part of Leapmotor’s global expansion strategy.
