KATHMANDU: Mahindra has launched two new vehicles in Nepal, the Bolero Neo SUV and the Zeo EV. The launch took place in Hetauda during a special ceremony organized by Agni Group.
Agni Incorporated Pvt. Ltd., under Agni Group, introduced both models at the same event. The program also marked the inauguration of Agni Logistics Pvt. Ltd.’s new logistics center.
The event was attended by Bagmati Province Chief Secretary Bhupal Baral, Agni Group Chairman Cabinet Shrestha and Managing Director Susan Shrestha, among others.
The Mahindra Bolero Neo comes with a 1493cc mHawk 100 BS-VI engine. It features a third-generation Scorpio chassis, 384-liter boot space, 7-seater layout and premium Italian leather interiors.
The Mahindra Zeo EV was launched in two variants, EV Delivery Van and EV Pickup. Both are targeted for commercial use.
The Zeo EV is powered by a 30 kW electric motor. It offers a driving range of 160 km on a single charge.
Mahindra is offering a 3-year or 125,000 km battery warranty on both models. The company says the Zeo EV is a reliable and cost-effective solution for urban goods delivery.
With low operating costs, the Zeo EV is ideal for transporting food, water, vegetables and other essentials within city areas.
