KATHMANDU : Yadea has expanded its electric two-wheeler portfolio in Nepal with the launch of three new electric scooters, the GS70, GT70 and GT80.
Kuzu Nepal, the authorized distributor of Yadea in Nepal, has priced the GS70 at Rs 230,000, the GT80 at Rs 330,000, and the GT70 at Rs 365,000.
The new line-up is aimed at different types of riders, offering options for daily commuting, long-range travel and high-performance riding.
The GS70 is designed for everyday use. It is powered by a 2.8 kW peak electric motor paired with a 2.1 kWh LFP battery, delivering a claimed range of up to 105 km on a single charge.
The GT70 is the long-range model in the line-up. It features a 3.7 kW peak motor and a 5.7 kWh LFP battery, offering a claimed riding range of up to 220 km.
The GT80 is positioned as the performance-focused variant. It comes equipped with a 5 kW peak motor and a 3.6 kWh LFP battery, with a claimed range of up to 150 km per charge.
Across the range, Yadea offers features such as traction control, hill-hold assist, cruise control and dual disc brakes. Depending on the variant, buyers also get a TFT display, smart connectivity features and dual-battery support.
