KATHMANDU: G.O. Automobiles, the official distributor of JSW MG Motor India in Nepal, has launched the MG Commute EV at an introductory price of Rs 3.499 million.
The new electric CUV is powered by a 100 kW electric motor and offers a MIDC-certified range of up to 332 km on a single charge. It is aimed at families as well as commercial users, including hotels, resorts, travel companies and corporate fleets.
The Commute EV features 135-degree reclining seats, a 604-litre boot, flat-floor cabin, all-disc brakes, electric parking brake, auto hold, hill descent control and a 3.3 kW portable charger as standard.
According to G.O. Automobiles, the model has been designed to offer a spacious cabin, low running costs and practical features, making it suitable for Nepal’s growing hospitality and fleet mobility sector.
