KATHMANDU: Laxmi Intercontinental, the official distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Nepal, has announced an additional Rs 50,000 cash discount on the Creta EV during the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo.
This offer adds to the existing regular discount of Rs 75,000. In total, customers can now get up to Rs 125,000 off on the purchase of a Creta EV at the event.
The Hyundai Creta EV is available in four distinct variants, each with its own pricing. The Executive variant is priced at Rs 5.196 million while the Smart variant is the most affordable at Rs 4.596 million.
For those seeking additional features, the Smart (Optional) variant is offered at Rs 5.696 million. The top-tier Premium Plus variant comes with a price tag of Rs 5.996 million catering to buyers looking for a premium electric vehicle experience.
Key features include a three-spoke steering wheel, column-mounted gear selector, drive mode switch, and full-size spare tyre. It also comes with ADAS 2.0, dual-zone AC, 8-speaker Bose sound system, wireless charger, ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, memory driver seat, welcome seat and vehicle-to-load feature.
Two motor options are available: 99 kW and 126 kW.
The 99 kW version pairs with a 42 kWh NCM battery, offering a range of over 300 km per charge, based on user feedback. Paddle shifters support one-pedal driving.
The Creta EV also features 200 mm ground clearance and comes standard with a full-size spare tyre.
