KATHMANDU: The NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025 at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, drew attention not only for its displays but also for its accessible layout.

NAIMA impressed visitors with spacious stalls and wide pathways, making movement easier for everyone, including people with disabilities.

“In most fairs, it’s hard for us to move around,” said a visitor in a wheelchair. “But here, the wide and well-organized pathways made it very comfortable.”

The red carpet and smooth layout allowed wheelchairs to move easily, even in large crowds. Visitors with disabilities reported no inconvenience.

In a city where public infrastructure often ignores accessibility, the expo’s effort to include it marks a positive change.
