Bajaj ‘Next Gen Maha Exchange Carnival’ kicks off at Bhrikutimandap

KATHMANDU: Bajaj has started its ‘Next Gen Maha Exchange Carnival’ at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. The event is being organized by Hansraj Hulashchand & Company, the authorized distributor of Bajaj motorcycles in Nepal.

The exchange carnival will run from January 25 to January 30.

Under this scheme, customers will receive an additional Rs 8,000 on the market value of their old motorcycle when exchanging it for a new Bajaj model. More than 22 valuation companies are participating in the event. On-the-spot finance facilities are also available.

According to the company, customers can avail financing based on citizenship. Free accessories are being offered with every motorcycle purchase during the carnival.

New Pulsar 220F unveiled

Bajaj has unveiled the updated Pulsar 220F at the exchange carnival. The motorcycle has been refreshed with several new features.

The price of the new Pulsar 220F has increased by Rs 20,000. The earlier model was priced at Rs 420,000, while the updated version is now priced at Rs 440,000.

For the first time, the Pulsar 220F gets LED headlights and LED side indicators. It also comes with new graphics and updated color options.

The motorcycle now features a fully digital console with Bluetooth connectivity. It supports Bajaj Ride Connect, turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, time and DTE display, and a trip computer.

The Pulsar 220F is powered by a BS6-compliant 220cc air and oil-cooled, twin-spark FI DTS-i engine. It produces 20.4 PS of power and 18.5 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
