KATHMANDU: Dongfeng Motor has launched nine new vehicles in Egypt, marking its official entry into the country’s automotive market.
The launch was held on September 17 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in Cairo with the theme “East Wind Infinite World.” Dongfeng showed compact SUVs, sedans and electric and hybrid cars.
Models included the MAGE ICE, SHINE ICE, DONGFENG BOX, DONGFENG 007, MAGE EV, VOYAH FREE, VOYAH DREAM, VOYAH PASSION and MHERO 917.
Dongfeng said the new lineup meets the rising demand for modern mobility in Egypt, offering options from fuel-powered models to advanced electric vehicles.
The launch highlights the company’s aim to grow its global footprint and strengthen ties with the Egyptian market.
