KATHMANDU: Ferrari has officially named its first-ever electric vehicle the Luce, which means “light” in Italian. The model will make its public debut in May 2026.
Ahead of the full reveal, Ferrari has shared key details of the interior. The cabin was designed by former Apple design chief Jony Ive and follows a retro-inspired layout with modern technology.

The dashboard features circular air-conditioning vents and a clean design. The car gets a 3-spoke Y-design steering wheel with physical push-type buttons for turn indicators and a red drive mode selector knob.
The 12.5-inch OLED instrument cluster displays three separate dials with retro-style graphics. At the center, there is a 10-inch touchscreen with physical switches and a grab handle below it. The screen housing can swivel to face either the driver or the passenger.
The floating center console is wrapped in leather. It includes power window switches, a hazard light button, a compact drive selector, and a magnetic key slot.

Ferrari has also added a roof-mounted control panel. It features four toggle switches for lights and defroster, reading lamps, an SOS button, and a pull-type switch for launch control.
Exterior design details and technical specifications of the Ferrari Luce EV will be revealed at its official debut in 2026.
