KATHMANDU: Chinese motorcycle brand LETBE has officially entered the Nepali market. Classic Wheels, the authorized distributor of Crossfire motorcycles and Italian motorcycle brands in Nepal, has introduced the new brand and opened bookings for its first two models.

The company has started accepting bookings for the LETBE Flygon Hills and LETBE Flygon City, confirming the announcement through its official social media channels.

Although Classic Wheels has not announced an official launch date, the opening of bookings suggests the motorcycles will be launched in Nepal soon.

Globally, LETBE offers a wide range of motorcycles and scooters. For its Nepal debut, the company is focusing on the adventure and urban commuter segments with the two Flygon models.

According to the company, both motorcycles are designed to cater to different riding needs. Based on information available on LETBE’s international platforms, the Flygon Hills is positioned as an adventure-oriented crossover motorcycle aimed at riders who enjoy off-road and mixed-terrain riding. The Flygon City, meanwhile, is designed primarily for daily urban commuting with a focus on easy handling, comfort and practicality.

Both models are based on a 220cc platform. The engine produces 17 Nm of peak torque, according to the company.

The motorcycles feature a distinctive retro-inspired scrambler design and come equipped with a Euro 5-compliant engine, TFT instrument cluster with navigation, full-LED lighting, dual-channel ABS, traction control, upside-down front suspension, heat-shielded exhaust, dual-seat design, and wire-spoke wheels. These features are in line with the equipment offered on LETBE’s Flygon series in international markets.

Classic Wheels has yet to reveal the complete technical specifications or pricing of the two motorcycles. Full details are expected to be announced during the official launch.
