KATHMANDU: Bajaj Auto has updated the Pulsar 150 in the Indian market with minor design and feature upgrades, while keeping the motorcycle mechanically unchanged. Prices for the refreshed Pulsar 150 start at 108,772 Indian rupees (ex-showroom).
In terms of design, the Pulsar 150 retains its familiar muscular stance. Bajaj has introduced new color options and refreshed graphics to give the motorcycle a slightly more modern appearance.
The key functional update is the addition of an LED headlamp and LED turn indicators, aimed at improving visibility and updating the overall look without altering the core design.
Mechanically, the Pulsar 150 continues with the same 149.5cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine producing 13.8 bhp and 13.25 Nm of torque, paired with a five-speed gearbox.
The hardware setup remains unchanged, featuring a double cradle frame, telescopic front forks, twin rear shock absorbers, and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Despite being one of the older models in Bajaj’s lineup, the Pulsar 150 continues to record steady demand in select markets due to its proven reliability, sporty image, and affordable pricing.
