KATHMANDU : MAW Vriddhi, the authorized distributor of Changan in Nepal, is preparing to launch the Deepal Nevo Q05 premium electric SUV in the Nepali market.
The SUV is sold under Changan’s premium Nevo brand in China. In Nepal, it will be marketed as the Deepal Nevo Q05. The same model is sold in Europe as the Deepal E07’s sibling under the name E06.
The Nevo Q05 has become one of the best-selling electric SUVs in its segment in China. It has remained at the top of its category over the past three months. In the first six months of 2026 alone, the company sold 71,600 units.

Launched in China in November 2025, the Q05 quickly gained popularity thanks to its competitive pricing and premium features.
The SUV is available with two battery options, offering 405 km and 506 km CLTC range, depending on the variant. It uses CATL battery cells and supports 3C fast charging for quicker charging times.
Space is another key highlight. Although positioned as a compact SUV, the Q05 has a 2,735 mm wheelbase, providing a spacious cabin for families. It also comes with a digital cockpit, intelligent connectivity features, a surround-view camera system, and a comfort-focused interior.
The exterior was designed by Klaus Zyciora, the former Head of Design at BMW. With its clean proportions, signature lighting, and modern SUV styling, the Q05 stands out in the segment. The model also recently received the Gold A’ Design Award for its design.
