KATHMANDU: Maruti Suzuki has launched the 2026 Brezza facelift in India, with prices starting at 740,000 million Indian rupees (ex-showroom). The updated compact SUV gets refreshed styling, new features, and a new turbo-petrol engine option.

The facelift features a redesigned front grille, updated front and rear bumpers, new fog lamp housings, and fresh 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. The twin-pod LED headlamps and LED taillights have been retained.

Inside, the cabin now comes with a black and brown dual-tone theme along with gloss black trim. The dashboard houses a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, while the climate control panel has been borrowed from the Victoris. New convenience features include ambient lighting, ventilated front seats, a wireless phone charger, and an air purifier.

Maruti has also expanded the SUV’s safety equipment. The Brezza now offers a 360-degree camera, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, safe exit warning, front parking sensors, and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).

A major highlight is the introduction of a 1.0-liter direct-injection turbo-petrol engine producing 108 hp and 170 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.

The existing 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine remains on offer with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The CNG variant also continues, now featuring underbody-mounted CNG tanks to improve luggage space.

The 2026 Brezza facelift is offered in seven colors, including the new Vivacious Orange and Lustrous Beige.
