KATHMANDU: Tata Motors will launch the new Sierra in India on November 25, 2025. The production version will be unveiled earlier on November 15.
The SUV will be positioned above the Curvv and will rival the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara. The pre-production concept was first showcased at the Auto Expo, and the final model is expected to retain much of its design.
The new Sierra features an upright front, short overhangs, and a strong shoulder line. It comes with LED headlamps, a full-width LED light bar, flush door handles, and two-tone alloy wheels.
Inside, the cabin gets a triple-screen setup with a digital instrument cluster, central touchscreen, and a passenger-side display.
Powertrain options are expected to include a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol, a 2.0-litre diesel engine, a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol motor for lower variants, and an electric powertrain option.
Details about the motor and battery for the All-Electric Sierra have not been revealed yet.
