KATHMANDU: MAW Vriddhi has launched the new Deepal S07 ICA in Nepal. The upgraded electric SUV comes with a fresh design, smart features and advanced connectivity. It is available in a new Nebula Blue color with redesigned alloy wheels.
The S07 ICA is powered by a 68.8 kWh LFP battery. It offers a certified range of 410 km (WLTP). Deepal has already sold over 950 vehicles in Nepal.
Apart from the battery and the new blue color option, there are no other technical changes. The S07 has been well received in Nepal mainly because of its futuristic design, which many customers have appreciated.
The new variant is designed to offer a modern and connected driving experience. With the Deepal App, users can control the car remotely. They can lock or unlock doors, turn on the AC, check charging status and track the vehicle’s location. The car supports 4G/5G hotspot, smart app integration, Amazon Music, Spotify and live navigation.
Inside, the Deepal S07 ICA offers premium comfort and technology. Key features include a 53-inch Augmented Reality Head-Up Display (AR-HUD), Qualcomm 8155 chip, L2.5 autonomous driving assist and a 15.6-inch touchscreen. The vehicle also has gesture control, frameless doors and a large panoramic glass roof.
To mark the launch, MAW Vriddhi has introduced a special offer. Under the scheme, customers won’t have to spend anything on the vehicle for five years after purchase. The company will provide five years of AutoPlus insurance, annual road tax, free servicing and maintenance parts.
If the car is not involved in an accident, the owner can drive it for 5 years without spending a single rupee. Even the electricity cost for charging the vehicle will be covered by the company during this period.
