KATHMANDU: MAW Foundation has donated 10 motorcycles to the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office.

The donation aims to support better traffic management and safer movement in the valley.

On Sunday, Foundation Chairman Bishnu Kumar Agrawal handed over the motorcycles to Additional Inspector General of Police Dan Bahadur Karki, Chief of the Kathmandu Valley Police Office.

The motorcycles donated are FZ SV3 models.

During the Gen-Z agitation on September 9 and 10, 60 motorcycles and 26 four-wheelers were completely destroyed in arson attacks on traffic offices.

Out of 32 traffic vehicles, only 4 remain safe. Among 81 motorcycles, 21 are still intact.
