KATHMANDU: More than half a dozen new motorcycles are preparing to enter the Nepali market in the first quarter of 2026, as brands line up new launches following the start of the English New Year.
Most of the upcoming models are already on sale in India and are now being prepared for Nepal. Bajaj, TVS, Hero, and CFMoto are among the established brands planning new launches. Alongside these launches, some new international brands are also getting ready to start official sales in Nepal.
Bajaj is expected to be the first to launch, with an updated version of the Pulsar 220F. Authorized distributor Hansraj Hulaschand & Company has already started taking bookings for the motorcycle. Sales are likely to begin by the end of January.

CFMoto is also preparing to introduce the 250 Dual, commonly referred to as a “double-purpose” motorcycle. The company has been testing the model on Nepali roads for the past two months. Sales are expected to start from mid-February.
Hero MotoCorp is set to launch the XPulse 210, one of its popular adventure models. The motorcycle was showcased at the last NADA Auto Show. CG Motors, the authorized distributor of Hero motorcycles in Nepal, is preparing to start sales from February.

TVS may also bring its new RTX 300 Adventure Tourer to Nepal. The motorcycle was launched in India towards the end of 2025. According to the distributor, Jagdamba Motors is expected to start road testing the model in Nepal within a few days, with a possible market launch around the Nepali New Year.
In addition to existing brands, Morbidelli is preparing to officially enter the Nepali motorcycle market. The brand was showcased at the Naima Auto Show 2025. Vaidya’s organization is bringing Morbidelli to Nepal and has already started constructing a dedicated showroom in Naxal.

The company is expected to initially launch the Morbidelli 250 and Morbidelli 350 Adventure Tourer models, both of which were displayed at the Naima Auto Expo 2025.
