KATHMANDU: The Skoda Kushaq is getting a midlife update. Recent spy images reported by Autocar India suggest the SUV will receive new features along with cosmetic updates. A camouflaged test mule was spotted with a panoramic sunroof. The model is also expected to offer Level 2 ADAS.
The updated Kushaq is likely to retain the split headlamp layout seen on the current model. The front fascia could feature a slimmer grille with vertical slats and a redesigned bumper. At the rear, revised L-shaped taillights can be seen.
Engine options will remain the same. Skoda will continue with the 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre turbo-petrol units. Transmission choices will include a 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic, and 7-speed DSG.
