KATHMANDU: Skoda is preparing a facelift for the Kushaq in India. The updated SUV is expected to launch in early 2026. According to Autocar India, it will bring major feature upgrades.
A key highlight is a rear seat massage function. This feature is likely to be limited to higher variants. If confirmed, it will be a segment-first feature.
Higher trims are also expected to get a panoramic sunroof. The digital instrument cluster and infotainment system will feature new graphics.
Level 2 ADAS could be offered on top variants. The 1.5-litre TSI versions are likely to receive rear disc brakes.
On the outside, the SUV will get mild cosmetic updates. It is expected to keep the split headlamp setup. A slimmer front grille and redesigned bumpers are likely. L-shaped LED tail lamps are also expected.
Engine options will remain unchanged. The SUV will continue with 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engines. Transmission options will include a 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic, and 7-speed DSG.
The update focuses on improving comfort, safety, and premium appeal.
