KATHMANDU: Hyundai has launched the second-generation Venue in India, with prices starting at 789,000 Indian rupee (ex-showroom).
The new subcompact SUV is available in seven variants along with the sporty N Line version.
The new Venue features a bold design with a rectangular grille, quad-beam LED headlamps, C-shaped LED DRLs, a full-width LED light bar, and slim LED taillights.
It now measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,800 mm in width, and 1,665 mm in height, making it taller and wider than before. The SUV rides on 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
Inside, the Venue gets a dual-tone cabin in dark navy and dove gray, a flat-bottom steering wheel, ambient lighting, and dual 12.3-inch screens for the infotainment and digital cluster. Other features include reclining rear seats, rear AC vents, and window shades.
The N Line variant adds a dark chrome grille, sportier bumpers, and 17-inch alloys with red brake calipers, dual-tip exhaust, and red interior accents with N branding.

Engine options include a 1.2L petrol (82 BHP, 114.7 Nm, 5MT), a 1.0L turbo-petrol (118 BHP, 172 Nm, 6MT/7DCT), and a 1.5L diesel (114 BHP, 250 Nm, 6MT/6AT).
Hyundai claims fuel efficiency of up to 20.99 km/l for the diesel manual, 18.05 km/l for the petrol, and 20 km/l for the turbo-petrol manual.
The new Venue is offered in eight colors, including Abyss Black, Atlas White, Dragon Red, Hazel Blue, Mystic Sapphire, Titan Grey, and dual-tone options.
With its fresh design, upgraded interior, and multiple powertrains, the new Venue aims to strengthen Hyundai’s position in the compact SUV segment.
