KATHMANDU : Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has unveiled 10 new two-wheelers for the Indian market, marking one of the brand’s biggest product expansions in recent years.
The new portfolio includes seven all-new models and three updated motorcycles with fresh color schemes. The line-up spans scooters, roadsters, cruisers, adventure motorcycles, electric mobility and flex-fuel technology. Honda said the models will be introduced in phases, with prices to be announced closer to their launch.
ADV 160
The Honda ADV 160 is positioned as a city adventure scooter. It is powered by a 160cc liquid-cooled engine and comes with 27 liters of under-seat storage and an 8.1-liter fuel tank.
Honda claims it will be India’s first scooter capable of running on up to E85 fuel.
CB500
The Honda CB500 joins the range as a heritage-inspired roadster. It is powered by a 501cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with oil cooling.
The motorcycle will be offered in Alloy, Spoke Tubeless, and Spoke Tubeless with Graphics variants.
Rebel 300 and Rebel 500
Honda has also introduced the Rebel 300 and Rebel 500 cruisers. The Rebel 300 uses a 286cc liquid-cooled engine and will be available in Standard and E-Clutch variants.
The larger Rebel 500 shares the same bobber-inspired styling but is powered by a 471cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine.
XR 300L and XR 300 rally
The XR 300L is designed as a dual-purpose motorcycle for both on-road and light off-road riding. It features a 293.5cc air-cooled engine with oil cooling and long-travel suspension.
The XR 300 Rally is aimed at adventure riders. It features rally-inspired styling and is designed for touring as well as mixed-terrain riding.
QC3 electric scooter
Honda has also expanded its electric portfolio with the QC3. The family-oriented electric scooter is equipped with a 3 kWh battery, offering a claimed 151 km IDC range. It also provides 32 liters of under-seat storage.
CB350 range updated
Honda has refreshed its CB350, CB350C and CB350RS motorcycles with new color options. The updates are cosmetic, with the motorcycles continuing to target buyers looking for modern-classic styling.
Honda said the new products will be rolled out in stages across India, with pricing and launch schedules to be announced individually.
