KATHMANDU: MAW Vriddhi celebrated the installation of 100+ charging stations in Nepal by organizing a special ceremony in Kathmandu on Sunday.
The event saw participation of key figures from the EV industry, MAW Vriddhi partners, and EV users. MAW Vriddhi Managing Director Vivek Sikariya, MAW Vriddhi Commercial CEO Tushar Gupta, MAW Vriddhi Motors CEO Prasanna Panta and MAW Vriddhi Autocorp CEO Rupesh Sharma Bhatta, among others, were present on the occasion., MAW Vriddhi said in a statement.
According to the company, its network of CCS2 type DC fast chargers covers cities like Kathmandu, Pokhara, Biratnagar and Chitwan to areas as isolated as Mustang, Doti, Surkhet, Tikapur and. “The network hosts both 40kW (1 gun) and 60kW (2 guns) chargers, providing speed and comfort on the go,” MAW Vriddhi said in a statement.
Speaking at the program, MAW Vriddhi CEO Tushar Gupta, said the charging network symbolizes the company’s commitment towards a green future for Nepal. “By our ever-growing network, we are enabling Nepali’s to go for electric mobility with confidence,” he added.
MAW Vriddhi represents EV brands like Foton, Sokon, Seres, Dongfeng (Nammi) and Changan (Deepal) in Nepal.
