KATHMANDU: MG EV buyers in Nepal can now get up to a 15-year warranty. Paramount Motors, the official distributor of MG electric cars, has introduced a new extended warranty scheme.
The company says this is the longest warranty coverage available in Nepal’s EV market. Earlier, different brands were offering extended warranties of up to 11 years.
Under the new plan, customers will receive warranty coverage on the motor and battery for 15 years or 200,000 km, whichever comes first.
MG currently sells electric models like the MG S5, MG4, Comet, and Windsor inthe Nepali market.
