KATHMANDU: The Segway E100 electric scooter is now available at a discounted price of Rs 255,000, down from its previous price of Rs 291,000.
According to iHub Pvt Ltd, the authorized distributor of Segway-Ninebot in Nepal, the E100 can now be taken home for Rs 36,000 cheaper.
The Segway E100 is equipped with a 2.4 kW max power motor and a 1.8 kW rated motor, with a top speed of 58 km per hour. It is also designed with several advanced safety features. For example, the scooter will not start unless the rider is seated.
The E100 comes with a keyless system that includes a sleekly designed physical key and a remote control with two buttons—one to switch the scooter on/off and another to lock it remotely.
Other features include a mobile charging port, three driving modes and a claimed range of up to 100 km on a single full charge.
