KATHMANDU: Nammi has completed one year since the launch of the Nammi 01 in Nepal. The electric hatchback, introduced last year, has become one of the fastest-growing EV brands in the country.

In 12 months, Nammi has expanded its presence across Nepal. The company said the Nammi 01 has received strong customer response, making it one of the most successful electric hatchbacks in Nepal’s auto market.

The Nammi 01 entered the segment with several first-in-class features. These include frameless doors, flush door handles, memory seats, auto parking and a passenger drawer with a tabletop. It also comes with a 12.8-inch infotainment system and driver-assistance features, which the company claims set new benchmarks in its price range.

Speaking at the anniversary celebration, MAW Vriddhi CEO Prashanna Pant said, “This one-year journey with Nammi has been remarkable. We are filled with gratitude toward our customers for trusting us, and we will continue to bring innovative and sustainable mobility solutions to Nepal.”

Nammi has also showcased its next model, the Vigo, at the NADA Auto Show 2025. Bookings for the compact electric SUV have officially opened, and the vehicle has quickly become one of the most attention-grabbing products of the exhibition.
