KATHMANDU: CG Motors, the authorized distributor of Hero motorcycles in Nepal, has started selling the new BS6 OBD two-seater variant of the Hero Xtreme 125 R.
The company has priced the new variant at Rs 322,900, which is Rs 4,000 higher than the existing model. The older variant continues at Rs 318,900.
The new Xtreme 125 R is powered by a 124.7 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke FI engine. This engine generates a maximum power of 10.5 PS and a torque of 11.55 Nm. The motorcycle comes with a 5-speed gearbox.
This motorcycle has a top speed of 95 km/h and a 10-liter fuel tank. It delivers a mileage of up to 66 km per liter.
Based on the naked sport and commuter segment, this motorcycle is built on a diamond frame.
Key features include a full LED lighting system, full digital instrument console, i3S idle stop-start technology, kick and self-start, and front disc and rear drum brakes, single-channel ABS, tubeless tires, and alloy wheels.
