KATHMANDU: OMODA and JAECOO are showcasing their new innovations – Omoda’s O-Lab and Jaecoo’s off-road J-Land for their global dealers on April 25.
According to a statement issued by Chery, OMODA’s O-LAB transports attendees to a visionary 2050 metropolis, complete with interactive LED galaxy walls and AI-powered installations. “Robots, drones and interactive tech immerse guests in a world where cutting-edge design meets next-gen living,” the statement added.
OMODA is also introducing its first hybrid (C7 SHS) and first EV (OMODA E5) during the event.
“The C3 Cyber Mecha Art Gallery defies convention-its intelligent light installations craft a surreal space, igniting Gen Z’s imagination for mecha-inspired futures.”
JAECOO’s J-LAND, on the other hand, presents an entirely different appeal, recreating wilderness adventures within the exhibition space. “This immersive environment presents JAECOO’s groundbreaking pure-electric light outdoor SUV -the J5 BEV – alongside the J7 SHS and J8 SHS models, both equipped with the brand’s revolutionary SHS super hybrid technology,” the company said in the statement.
“The complete lineup of off-road vehicles will be displayed in dynamic poses atop rocky platforms, their poised stances demonstrating exceptional terrain capability and readiness for adventure, as if beckoning visitors to join their exploration of uncharted territories.”
According to the company, the exhibition area will feature a harmonious blend of lush meadows and dense woodlands, complemented by meticulously arranged greenery and rock formations that recreate an authentic wilderness camping atmosphere.
Attendees will also get an opportunity to experience the J5 BEV’s innovative ‘light camping’ test drive.
